Today, after spending about half of hour in the hardware store, I have found the necessary details. Once I drilled all the necessary holes and assembled construction as "rough draft".
As you can see, the design is raised above the surface. I plan to put 4 high legs at the corners of the platform. Below will be located a piece of electronics and motor of Y-axis (already in place).
The runners have ball bearings of sliding and large movement.
On the runners will be rigidly fixed perforated metal strip, on which will be fixed "desktop" for workpieces.

Happiness was found in the hardware store just such parts that just perfect fits for this design.
